Andrew is the chef and part owner of the Fawkner Bistro Bar. With a long list of very successful restaurants behind him (Estivo - Kew, The Great Provider - St Kilda, Frangos & Frangos - Daylesford, Veludo - St Kilda, Harbourside Brasserie - Sydney, Jean Jacques by the Sea - St Kilda) the opportunity presented itself to do something exciting at what was the Fawkner Hotel.
With the previous tenants vacated around this time last year, The Fawkner was transformed into a casual European style bar and bistro feauring Andrew’s culinary vision.
The European style food (with an emphasis on seafood) mixed with the relaxed atmosphere is ideal for a casual drop in wine-by-the-glass-entertain-your-friends-treat or a book in three course event. Keep your ears open for their special evenings which are being planned now. more

Fleurage Perfumery
The Fleurage Perfumery is a one of a kind – the largest independant range of natural perfumes in the world sold by appointment from the perfumery where they are made. All the perfumes are crafted according to ancient methods from rare plant absolutes, essential oils & exotic resins gathered from around the globe. The palette is rich and creative license rests with the perfumer to use any exotic ingredient for each fragrance.
New fragrances for Fleurage and product lines for other companies are developed at the Prahran location.
